Arguments

inChASM

the result of combining both autosomal and sca analyses

minTotal

minimum total for autosomal or sca analyses

minPosterior

minimum value maxP can take (i.e. minimum posterior probability accepted)

ignoreUnusual

filter our unusual observations?

printProtocol

print protocol column?
